One-way return on the Kenyan coast
One-off fees for departure from Nairobi and return on the coast. The location and date must be approved before booking; your quotation confirms the total.

Your safari starts before the first stop. A well-prepared handover gives you time to understand the 4x4, check equipment and confirm your itinerary.
Information to send before arrival
Send your flight number, expected arrival date and time, contact details reachable in Kenya and your accommodation address if staying there the first night. Include group size and approximate luggage volume.
The website offers delivery to the airport or your accommodation on request. Confirm the exact meeting point, time, any price and the procedure if your flight is delayed. Keep this information accessible offline.
Late arrival: plan a first night
Do not build your itinerary around immediate departure after a long flight. A night in Nairobi can allow you to recover, have a better briefing and leave at a reasonable pace.
When choosing a hotel, check the relevant airport, offered transfer, reception at your arrival time and whether handover can take place there. “Near the airport” does not confirm these points. No particular hotel is included by default in this presentation.
The briefing before setting off
Inspect the vehicle with the team and record its condition according to the agreed procedure. Identify controls, fuel type, spare tyre and assistance contacts. If you booked a tent, open and close it during the demonstration.
Check documents and equipment against the contract. Ask how to report a problem and when you should call before continuing. Departure is also a chance to review your first stop and accommodation access.
Prepare for vehicle return
Arrange an appointment allowing extra time before your flight. Confirm location, time, fuel conditions and inspection procedure. Specify at booking if you wish to return elsewhere than the starting point: this requires agreement and may change the price.
